All local and Melbourne regional areas are delivered by our own staff who are proficient in dealing with the transport of plant life and associated garden accessories. Exact delivery costs will be calculated according to your postcode at checkout.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. Delivery includes unloading plants to the front yard of your house. If access to the property is not available at the agreed time of delivery, an additional cost to redeliver may be charged. Should you not be home, deliveries will be placed in a pre-agreed secure area. Once our goods are delivered in perfect condition it is your responsibility to care for them.
Handling & Delivery Time
We will endeavour to have your order delivered within 3-5 business days. Occasionally this is not possible if plants are out of stock. One of our sales assistants will contact you advising of the soonest possible delivery time. You may also be contacted on the day of delivery to confirm arrival time.
If you need an order urgently, please email your requests to here (http://www.gillsnursery.com.au/contact) so that express postage can be arranged for your order. The price of freight upgrade will be discussed and agreed upon before dispatch.

If you are not satisfied with the plants or garden accessories or would like an exchange you may return the product provided it is returned within 48 hours of the day it was delivered to your address. The product, packaging and contents must remain in original, saleable condition, un-opened, and damage free to be granted a refund or exchange.
If Gills Nursery receives returned product in unsalable condition, the customer must forfeit delivery costs to receive the product back. Once the product is received, assessment is complete and refund or exchange is approved, Gills Nursery will either provide an exchange or refund for the cost of the goods to the payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that the initial delivery fee will not be refunded. Please allow Gills Nursery 7 days to process refund or exchange.

If the goods received are faulty or damaged, you may return them for a refund provided you the goods are returned within 48 hours from the date it was delivered to you. Please notify Gills Nursery of the damage as soon as possible via email at email@example.com and state the order number, product code and damage details. Please ensure the packaging and contents are in its original condition.
You will be responsible for the health & safety of the goods up until Gills Nursery pick them up. Once the faulty items are returned, an assessment will be completed and if the product is deemed faulty, Gills Nursery will refund the cost of the goods to the payment method used to purchase the goods.
